Performs continuous environment monitoring, executes preventive and corrective maintenance, configures network devices, manages access controls, and supports technology expansion and improvement projects. Ensures operational stability and contributes to infrastructure architecture evolution in alignment with corporate policies and standards **Preferred Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related fields Driver’s License Category B Willingness to travel **Desirable Skills:** Computer network administration (LAN, WAN, WLAN); Configuration and maintenance of switches, routers, and firewalls; Network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN, NAT, QoS); Physical infrastructure (IP addressing, structured cabling, network assets); Cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Oracle); Administration of Windows Server and/or Linux environments (AD, GPO, file server); Virtualization (VMware, Hyper\-V or similar); Network and server monitoring (Zabbix, Grafana or equivalents); Information security (access policies, firewall, VPN, corporate antivirus, backup); Fundamentals of high availability, redundancy, and best practices in IT architecture; Backup, storage, and business continuity solutions; **Profile:** Strong verbal and written communication skills; Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in dynamic environments; Organization, proactivity, and eagerness to learn; Good interpersonal relationships; Analytical and logical reasoning; Discretion and confidentiality regarding information; Initiative and proactivity; Flexibility and empathy. **Our Benefits:** Health Insurance; Dental Insurance; Meal Voucher; Development initiatives and platform; Wellhub (comprehensive health platform); Birthday Leave; Partnership programs offering exclusive discounts on various services and products.
