Focus on sustainability and company growth Perform Controller's Department activities for the Group, analyzing data and generating reports according to pre-established guidelines and strategy, acting as a facilitator between business units, franchises, and customers, promoting efficiency in processes, controls, and value generation for the company's sustainability and growth, as well as performing other related and inherent duties. 1\. Generate data for preparing the monthly Income Statement (DRE), including detailed analysis of the Group's income statement account movements. 2\. Conduct the monthly royalty closing for Luiza Barcelos Group franchises, contributing to accuracy and compliance. 3\. Monitor the monthly sales closing for company-owned stores to verify the monthly rent settlement with shopping malls. 4\. Perform credit analysis for multi-brand customers, approving credit for purchases or monitoring payments via advance payment in cases where credit limits have been reached. 5\. Approve purchase orders from multi-brand customers, adhering to established credit approval policies. 6\. Generate and distribute the daily industrial billing report by product and channel, providing information such as average price and progress against budget. 7\. Support departments in building and monitoring the budgeting process using the GMD methodology. 8\. Perform the monthly closing of sales commissions for commercial representatives, ensuring calculation accuracy. 9\. Request the issuance of service invoices from the Tax Department related to royalty revenue and financial intermediation. 10\. Perform the monthly closing of commissions for omnichannel sales financial intermediation, ensuring compliance with established processes. 11\. Calculate monthly provisions impacting the monthly accounting closing, covering areas such as commissions, freight, tax deferrals, and others. 12\. Propose improvements to processes within the scope of responsibility, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives and definitions. 13\. Comply with technical, quality, safety, environmental, and health standards and procedures. 14\. Stay updated on trends within the area of expertise and on new tools, resources, and technologies available in the market. 15\. Participate in internal and external training programs to enhance knowledge specific to the area of responsibility. 16\. Understand the company's mission, principles, values, policies, and objectives, and comply with organizational and coexistence norms. Perform other professional duties related to and inherent to the position, as directed by superiors.
