Job opening for **TRANSPORTATION MANAGER in Coromandel/MG** \- 1062 **Responsibilities:** * Manage transportation operations with owned and third-party fleets. * Define and monitor performance indicators (costs, service level, productivity, and damages). * Control and optimize freight, fuel, maintenance, and carrier contract costs. * Ensure accurate recording and verification of CTEs, service invoices, and financial closings. * Negotiate with carriers, suppliers, and service providers. * Ensure fleet legal compliance (documentation, CRLV, insurance, tachograph, transportation legislation). * Lead, develop, and evaluate the transportation and logistics team. * Drive process improvement and standardization, as well as systems and operational routines. * Support internal areas (commercial, finance, procurement) in logistics planning. * Prepare management reports and present results to senior management. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, Transportation Management, or related fields; * Solid experience in transportation, fleet, and logistics operations management. * Experience in transportation financial control (freight, CTE, costs, and indicators). * Knowledge of ERP systems and transportation management systems. * Familiarity with transportation legislation and applicable regulations.
