**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Coordinates the internal sales department;
* Monitors and guides internal sales representatives in task execution;
* Defines customer service procedures and scope of responsibilities;
* Monitors performance toward achieving results;
* Leads strategic plans and tactical operations to market products profitably.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration;
* Knowledge of Sales Management preferred;
* Experience in the auto parts segment preferred;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
* Experience managing KPIs;
* Experience in people management;
