Job Summary:
Professional to manage store operations, provide customer service, supervise team members, handle daily operations, and implement visual merchandising, aiming to achieve performance targets.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
* **Customer Service:**
Deliver excellent customer service by identifying customers' needs and preferences, and professionally resolving complaints. Daily monitoring of team performance targets.
* **Inventory and Store Management:**
Ensure the store is always clean, well-organized, and fully stocked on shelves, while receiving and inspecting new merchandise shipments.
* **Team Supervision:**
Assist in training new employees, support staff evaluations, and maintain a collaborative work environment.
* **Daily Operations:**
Participate in managing daily operations, including store opening and closing procedures, cash register closing, merchandise and mail receipt, invoice issuance, damage reporting, expired product handling, and returns.
* **Target Achievement:**
Actively contribute to achieving the store's sales targets, consistently striving to exceed them.
* **Visual Merchandising:**
Ensure store layout and product presentation comply with the brand's visual standards.
* **Training Participation:**
. Mandatory participation in all company-provided trainings when requested
**EDUCATION:**
High school diploma completed.
**EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED**
* Prior customer service experience, preferably in the cosmetics industry
* Experience in people management (knowledge of cosmetics and fragrances is a plus)
* Experience in strategic sales management.

* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team and demonstrate proactive behavior.
