Ensure electronic components are assembled onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) with precision, adhering to quality standards required for high-accuracy measurement devices. Identify minor defects that could compromise the accuracy of smart meters. Handle feeders and tools. Commit to production targets (UPH) and waste reduction. Communicate with maintenance technicians and quality inspectors. Previous experience as a Machinist, Heavy Equipment Operator, Operations Technician, or Production Operator may indicate alignment with some of the activities of this position. Completed technical education required.
