Job Summary: Assist the Construction Technician in managing technical services, including monitoring schedules, measurements, and teams, as well as preparing control spreadsheets. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring and control of construction and service schedules 2. Preparation of quantity and cost spreadsheets for control purposes 3. Guidance and supervision of surveying teams and timekeepers Assist the Construction Technician in performing general technical section services; Monitor and control the physical schedule of construction or service projects; Monitor, survey, draft, calculate, and finalize measurements for the company's construction or service projects, subcontractors' projects, and service providers' projects; Guide and supervise surveying teams and timekeepers, assisting\-them when necessary during construction or service execution; Prepare quantity and cost spreadsheets for budgetary and execution control; Request, monitor, control, and measure materials and equipment supplied to subcontractors and service providers; Work in compliance with safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental protection standards. MEALS PROVIDED ON SITE: BREAKFAST AND LUNCH. MEDICAL BENEFITS FOR EMPLOYEE AND FAMILY DEPENDENTS. SALARY: R$ 2\.293,88 per month.
