Job Summary: Budget analyst responsible for tender document analysis, proposal planning, budgeting, technical research, and client negotiation. Key Highlights: 1. Client Negotiation **Position: Budgeting Engineer** **Location:** Pilar – Belo Horizonte/MG **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:45 AM to 5:15 PM **Salary:** To be negotiated **Benefits:** Meal allowance, health insurance, transportation allowance or fuel subsidy, 100% on-site work **Main Responsibilities:** * **Tender Document Analysis and Technical Site Visits:** Evaluation of contractual requirements and qualification criteria in public tenders. * **Proposal Planning:** Resource estimation (materials, labor, equipment), preparation of schedules and technical lists. * **Budgeting:** Performing calculations, estimates, and profitability studies with emphasis on competitiveness and profitability. * **Technical Research:** Gathering technical specifications from suppliers and manuals to comply with tender requirements. * **Preparation of Price Spreadsheets:** Data entry into systems, observing margins and cost composition. * **Client Negotiation:** Clarifying proposals, adjusting contractual terms, and negotiating value amendments. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Experience in budgeting within similar companies; **Desirable:** * Proficiency in budgeting and planning software (Compor 90\); MS Project; Primavera Employment Type: Full-time, CLT Permanent Position Compensation: R$11\.000,00 \- R$180\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Please share your updated resume.
