Together, we are building a more resilient planet—one innovation at a time. **About the role:** Production Operator II in Uberaba/MG. **Key Responsibilities:** * Support the supervisor and ensure execution of formulation line activities. * Operate equipment, complete mandatory records, and maintain a clean and organized workplace. * Monitor equipment conditions, report anomalies, and perform minor maintenance (cleaning, re-tightening, lubrication). * Ensure batch compliance: technical specifications, weights, proper identification, and accurate records. * Adhere to reprocessing/rework standards and prevent cross-contamination. * Control expiration dates, quantities, and tracking of raw materials and packaging, including end-of-campaign balances. * Record production in the corporate system and ensure compliance with SOPs, ITs, MOPs, and mandatory training. * Comply with safety standards, report hazards, and propose improvements. * Track KPIs, contribute to continuous improvement, and support team development. * Manage waste (solid and liquid) and ensure proper disposal. * Attend scheduled and mandatory training as defined by the Training Plan and Training Matrix to support technical development and legal compliance. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Preferred: Technical degree in Chemistry / Electronics / Occupational Safety / Industrial Mechanical Technology / Agricultural Technology / Environmental Technology. * Technical knowledge and skills covering all production processes of formulation lines. * Preferred: Forklift operator certification. * Availability for on-site work at the Uberaba plant (shift-based schedule).
