Quality control management in accordance with ISO 17025:2017 A company specializing in laboratory analyses and environmental solutions, with technical expertise and a focus on quality and regulatory compliance, is seeking a Laboratory Coordinator for on-site work in Patos de Minas/MG. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the laboratory technicians team * Manage material and human resources within the department * Organize and monitor routine laboratory testing activities * Review, validate, and release analysis reports * Address non-conformities * Manage quality controls in accordance with ISO 17025:2017 * Consolidate and analyze performance indicators **Requirements:** * Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Pharmacy * Minimum 3 years of experience coordinating laboratories * Knowledge of ISO 17025:2017 * Familiarity with CRL 1311 (CGCRE) and PRC 306\.01 RMMG testing procedures * Knowledge of method validation and measurement uncertainty **Behavioral Profile:** * Strong communication skills * Leadership and people management * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills * Organization and time management **Additional Information:** * On-site work model – Patos de Minas/MG * CLT employment regime (44 hours/week) * Salary negotiable * Benefits: Profit-sharing, meal allowance, Wellhub (Gympass), life insurance, and health plan subsidy Compensation: R$4\.500,00 \- R$6\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Commercial agreements and discounts * Profit-sharing * Life insurance * Meal allowance Work Location: On-site
