Independently perform necessary adjustments to guarantee quality standards throughout the process without requiring supervision from leadership. Complete departmental operational reports, ensuring accurate and up-to-date process information. **Requirements and Qualifications** ✔️ Completed high school education; ✔️ Technical training is a plus; ✔️ Full mastery of equipment and process stages involved in preparation; ✔️ Ability to communicate quality, safety, and productivity standards to Level II or less experienced Operators;
