Job Summary: A professional responsible for performing and overseeing cleaning, organization, and maintenance of facilities in accordance with protocols and schedules, ensuring conservation and supply replenishment. Ensures proper use of materials and compliance with safety regulations ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** \*\*\*\*\*\*ALL OUR POSITIONS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES AND INSS-REHABILITATED INDIVIDUALS.\*\*\*\*\*\* * Perform concurrent cleaning in departments according to the daily routine and established procedures to ensure appropriate facility organization and cleanliness under the contract; * Perform bed linen changes and terminal cleaning in departments according to the scheduled routine and timeline, adhering to established standards to maintain appropriate organization and cleanliness under the contract; * Inspect departments and, when necessary, replenish dispensers and supplies to ensure environmental preservation and continuous floor-level supply; * Remove waste from departments and rooms per established protocol, delivering it to temporary disposal areas; * Record concurrent/terminal cleaning times in the RAD (Daily Activity Report), entering start and end times and additional information (when required) to track performed activities; * Ensure proper use of uniforms and PPEs, personal hygiene, materials, and products in accordance with standardization, hygiene practices, and supervision by the immediate supervisor and company safety regulations; * Organize the DML (Clean Material Storage) and cleaning supplies, functional carts and/or baskets, as per established standardization; * Hand over organized materials (functional cart and basket) and DML to the next shift worker per the established POP (Standard Operating Procedure) to ensure continuity of service quality; * Dilute cleaning chemicals correctly, following occupational safety recommendations as well as manufacturer instructions, SDSs (Safety Data Sheets), and applied training; * Follow pre-established schedules—daily, weekly, and monthly; * Perform related tasks within one's competencies upon request from the immediate supervisor. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** MINIMUM EDUCATION: Incomplete elementary education.
