### **JOB DESCRIPTION**

* Perform concurrent cleaning in departments according to the daily routine and established procedures to ensure appropriate facility organization and cleanliness under the contract;
* Perform bed linen changes and terminal cleaning in departments according to the scheduled routine and timeline, adhering to established standards to maintain appropriate organization and cleanliness under the contract;
* Inspect departments and, when necessary, replenish dispensers and supplies to ensure environmental preservation and continuous floor-level supply;
* Remove waste from departments and rooms per established protocol, delivering it to temporary disposal areas;
* Record concurrent/terminal cleaning times in the RAD (Daily Activity Report), entering start and end times and additional information (when required) to track performed activities;
* Ensure proper use of uniforms and PPEs, personal hygiene, materials, and products in accordance with standardization, hygiene practices, and supervision by the immediate supervisor and company safety regulations;
* Organize the DML (Clean Material Storage) and cleaning supplies, functional carts and/or baskets, as per established standardization;
* Hand over organized materials (functional cart and basket) and DML to the next shift worker per the established POP (Standard Operating Procedure) to ensure continuity of service quality;
* Dilute cleaning chemicals correctly, following occupational safety recommendations as well as manufacturer instructions, SDSs (Safety Data Sheets), and applied training;
* Follow pre-established schedules—daily, weekly, and monthly;
* Perform related tasks within one's competencies upon request from the immediate supervisor.

MINIMUM EDUCATION: Incomplete elementary education.
DESIRED: Completed elementary education.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE IN FIELD: Not applicable.
DESIRED: 6 months.
