Learn more about this opportunity. **Requirements to apply:** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields; * Solid experience with SQL and Databricks; * Knowledge of Python and DAX (Power BI) is desirable; * Ability to perform data analysis to transform raw data into actionable insights. **Your daily responsibilities as an educator:** * Perform data processing, modeling, and transformation (ETL \- SQL, PySpark) in Databricks, collaborating closely with engineering and business teams; * Develop and optimize complex SQL queries and notebooks for exploration and analysis of large-scale datasets; * Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to support strategic decisions within the Student Experience area; * Explore data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement in experience metrics (NPS, CSAT, attrition, etc.); * Prepare presentations and narratives that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights; * Promote data standardization and governance, ensuring data quality, reliability, and traceability; * Support the creation and maintenance of dashboards and management reports using data visualization tools (Power BI); * Assist in monitoring business and student experience KPIs, contributing to action plans and initiative prioritization. **We offer three work modalities: on-site, hybrid, and remote.** **Work model for this position:** Schedule: On-site \- Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:48\. **What you’ll find in our Ânima Ecosystem:** * Tuition scholarships * Referral of 2 tuition scholarships for those who prefer * Well-being and Quality of Life Program * Gympass * ECOA – Ânima Corporate School, offering over 100 free, self-paced courses * Birthday day-off * Half-day leave on your child’s birthday (up to age 16) * “People Value” Program: gift cards for educators during significant life milestones—such as marriage, childbirth, or academic achievement. **Please note the stages of the selection process, conducted entirely remotely:** 1\.
