




Job Summary: We are seeking an Architecture and Urban Planning Assistant to support the conception, development, and monitoring of urban and architectural projects. Key Highlights: 1. Master advanced architecture and rendering software We seek a proactive and technically qualified Architecture and Urban Planning Assistant to join our project development team. The professional will be directly responsible for supporting the conception, development, and monitoring of urban (land subdivisions) and architectural (real estate developments) projects—from feasibility studies through construction management support. **Key Responsibilities** **Project Development:** * Assist in preparing technical, legal, and urban feasibility studies for new developments (land subdivisions and real estate developments). * Develop technical drawings (floor plans, sections, elevations, details, and legal projects) compliant with municipal regulations and current legislation. * Participate in the coordination of complementary projects (electrical, hydraulic, structural, etc.). **Modeling and Rendering:** * Create high-quality 3D modeling and digital mock-ups (renderings) for commercial presentations and project studies. * Master architecture and rendering software to ensure visual excellence of deliverables. **Essential Requirements (Updated)** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urban Planning. * **Proven Experience:** Prior experience developing land subdivision and/or real estate development projects. **Software:** * Advanced proficiency in **AutoCAD** and **Civil 3D** (for urban and technical projects). * Advanced proficiency in **SketchUp** (for modeling). * Advanced proficiency in **3ds Max** and/or associated renderers (e.g., V\-Ray) for high-quality rendering. * **Construction Site Experience:** Prior experience—even entry-level—in construction monitoring, site management, or field operations. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Scrum or PMBOK). * Proficiency in post-production software (e.g., Photoshop). * Familiarity with urban and environmental legislation applicable to land subdivisions.
