Lead the unit's administrative activities, ensuring all processes are executed in accordance with established policies and regulations, as well as Cocari's general and security policies, aiming for operational effectiveness and financial health.
**Essential Requirements:**

* Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Agribusiness Management, or related fields;
* Proficiency in administrative routines, document control, filing, customer service, and team management;
* Knowledge of credit analysis, financial controls, and portfolio management;
* Strong communication skills and leadership ability;
* Organization, planning, and time management skills;
* Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

\- Coordinate administrative activities, ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable legislation; \- Organize and supervise the daily tasks of the administrative team, distributing responsibilities and establishing efficient procedures; \- Manage grain inventory control, monitoring system entries and exits and updating inventory spreadsheets; \- Negotiate contracts and services with suppliers, seeking favorable quality, price, and delivery terms; \- Lead service to cooperative members, clarifying inquiries, managing the portfolio, and ensuring quality standards; \- Manage grain marketing, accounts receivable control, negotiations to reduce delinquency, and credit recovery; \- Monitor ICMS reimbursement processes and maintain updated cooperative member registrations; \- Perform product transfers between cooperative members and request fiscal documents when necessary; \- Control administrative expenses, always aligned with the budget; \- Prepare managerial reports using the SIC system for monitoring and planning; \- Support the commercial sector with relevant information and monitor preventive maintenance actions; \- Lead cleaning, security, building maintenance, and outsourced service teams, coordinating schedules and tasks to optimize resources.
