Prior experience in security or customer service is a plus * Receive and identify visitors, service providers, and delivery personnel. * Control access of people and vehicles according to established regulations. * Record entry and exit information for visitors and employees. * Provide information to visitors, residents, or employees in a courteous and efficient manner. * Provide guidance on conduct rules and facility operations. * WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: * Completed elementary education. * Clear and polite communication. * Basic computer skills for record management. * Ability to handle pressure situations and emergencies. * Prior experience in security or customer service will be considered a plus.
