Job Summary: Responsible for receiving and guiding patients and their companions, providing information and assisting with navigation within the facility, as well as resolving inquiries and requests to ensure a positive experience. Key Highlights: 1. Patient and companion reception and guidance 2. Support in resolving inquiries and requests 3. Contribution to the institution's professional image Receive patients and companions, providing information about the institution and its procedures. Provide information regarding appointment times, examinations, medications, department locations, and other hospital services. Assist patients and companions in navigating the hospital—whether for appointments, examinations, or other locations. Address each patient’s individual needs by seeking solutions to inquiries, issues, and requests. Arrange additional services such as transportation, accommodation, meals, and others, as required by the patient. Receive and record complaints, seek resolutions, and forward them to the responsible departments. Represent the hospital professionally and courteously, contributing to the institution’s image.
