Opportunity to perform full equipment operation **Job Opening: CNC Machine Programmer/Setter – 2nd Shift** **Schedule**: 3:00 PM to 12:48 AM (1-hour break), Monday through Friday. · Base Salary: R$ 4.000,00 to R$ 5.000,00 · Night shift allowance **Responsibilities:** Programs the CNC machine by creating computerized instructions via the equipment's electronic control panel, defining the sequence and specifications of the operation. Sets up the machine by replacing, installing, and adjusting tools for cutting and finishing prosthetic components, performing all tasks according to dimensions specified in Production Orders. Monitors equipment startup for a test run, verifies dimensions, makes necessary adjustments, and releases the process. Remains attentive during operations to uphold production indicators defined in Production Orders and intervenes in the process when corrections to programming are required. Maintains order and cleanliness at the workplace, equipment, and tools; requests maintenance services when needed; and adheres to safety procedures and proper use of PPE. Occasionally performs full equipment operation, covering all stages from material feeding, component cutting and finishing, to final inspection and quality control. **Benefits:** * Daily meal allowance: R$ 15.00 * Meal voucher: R$ 20.00 per day * Meals: Dinner provided to employees. * Dental plan: R$ 15.30 (optional) **Requirements:** * Basic mechanical training (in progress or completed) * Knowledge of technical drawing interpretation. * Proven experience.
