Expansion Specialist for the Corporate Division in Curitiba/PR. **Main Responsibilities:** * Execute the organization’s expansion strategies, identifying growth opportunities in new markets or segments; * Conduct market, competitive, and trend analyses to support expansion-related decision-making; * Develop technical, operational, and financial feasibility studies for opening new units or expanding business operations; * Prepare management reports and present results and insights to leadership; **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields; * 3–5 years of experience in strategic planning, market analysis, and business expansion; * Knowledge of market research techniques, data analysis, and business plan development; * Proficiency in analytical and planning tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Business Intelligence systems; * Willingness to travel; * Availability to work in Curitiba/PR. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Strategic Management or Business Expansion; * Experience working across different regions of Brazil; * Knowledge of agile project management methodologies; Learn more details about this position **Work Location:** PUC Campus, Prado Velho Neighborhood — Curitiba/PR **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 5:24 PM — Monday to Friday **Benefits:** ?
