Job Summary: The professional will prepare and identify medications, manage inventory, and ensure traceability and organization of supplies. Key Highlights: 1. Medication preparation and identification according to prescriptions 2. Inventory control and organization of supplies and medications 3. Ensuring traceability and compliance with sanitary regulations SHIFT: 12x36 (12 hours on, 36 hours off), from 10 AM to 10 PM Prepare and identify medications according to medical prescriptions, fully complying with all sanitary and institutional regulations, ensuring correct content, dosage, volume, and sterility of prepared solutions, as well as traceability of information on labels; Receive, inspect, and request supplies and medications, reporting any non-conformities; Store supplies and medications and verify their expiration dates; Participate in departmental inventories by performing stock counts and verification, as well as restocking at the end of each shift, ensuring required controls; Maintain organization, traceability, and identification of all medications and supplies in inventory, including medications eligible for reuse; Issue and monitor, per established routine, all prescribed medication doses to be produced.
