Job Summary: Professional responsible for monitoring deliveries, releasing cargo, verifying orders, and providing support to carriers and internal departments. Key Highlights: 1. Delivery monitoring and follow-up to ensure expedition SLA 2. Operational support to carriers and order tracking 3. Cargo verification and release, ensuring order validation · Reports on deliveries made by carriers; · Delivery follow-up checking issue date, city, state (UF), actual delivery deadline, promised delivery deadline, and verification of on-time or late deliveries, ensuring expedition SLA; · Cargo release; · Verification of all orders entered into the system, generating release reports after validation process; · Confirmation with the route planning team whether all orders are included or if any changes or additions are needed in the cargo releases; · Preparation of cargo documents, printing of invoices (NF), manifests, and correction letters where applicable; · Carrier support via WhatsApp, assisting with operational queries and incidents; · Support to the SAF department in order tracking, pending items, and clarification of unfactured orders. \- Completed High School \- Currently pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields is considered a plus \- Intermediate Excel proficiency \- Preference for candidates with experience using the Totvs system Monday to Friday – 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturdays – 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM R$ 2\.123,00 Amadelli \- Ibiporã Distribution Center, Rua Alberto Negro 550 – Ibiporã Business Park Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2\.123,00 per month Work Location: On-site
