Job Summary: Responsible for technical visits, equipment analysis, identification of improvements, CAD 3D project development, and support in implementing solutions, with strong field presence and direct customer interface. Opportunities for improvement and fault resolution Responsible for conducting technical visits to customers and field sites to collect data, analyze equipment, identify faults, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement. Engages in CAD 3D project development, preparation of technical reports and detailed documentation, and supports manufacturing, installation, and validation of developed solutions.
