Let’s find out!** At Colégio Positivo Londrina, the **Pedagogical Assistant** plays an essential role in strengthening the institution’s educational work. This professional works collaboratively and integrally with the pedagogical team, contributing to the organization, monitoring, and quality of teaching and learning processes. Their presence is fundamental to supporting daily school operations, promoting active listening, care, and intentional pedagogy—all aligned with Grupo Positivo’s core values and its commitment to students’ holistic development. This is a role that directly contributes to a more organized, welcoming, and educationally conducive school environment. **How you will contribute to our team:** * Support the pedagogical team in planning, organizing, and monitoring educational activities. * Assist teachers in developing pedagogical practices and organizing teaching materials. * Perform **student facial recognition system registration and monitoring**, ensuring data accuracy and up-to-date records. * Organize and manage **student entry and exit**, safeguarding security and adherence to school schedules. * Monitor and record **late student arrivals**, in accordance with institutional protocols. * Monitor and record **student attendance** in a dedicated system, keeping data updated. * Monitor and manage **teacher timekeeping records**, following school management guidelines. * Mediate **student conflicts and coexistence situations**, documenting incidents when necessary and referring them to the Academic Coordination and Educational Guidance teams. * Administer **assessments**, when required, in line with pedagogical guidelines. * Conduct **in-classroom activities**, when required, respecting lesson plans developed by teachers. * Organize and **participate in general school events and segment-specific events**. * Support initiatives related to student welcome, inclusion, and holistic development. * Design and organize **informational, decorative, and pedagogical bulletin boards**, aligned with school projects and proposals. * Assist in organizing pedagogical projects, interdisciplinary activities, and institutional events. * Maintain the school environment, contributing to a respectful, safe, and welcoming educational climate. * Comply with and support pedagogical guidelines and the institution’s **Political-Pedagogical Project**. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we expect you to know:** * Basic technology proficiency; degree in Pedagogy. **It’s a plus if you have:** * Experience with school routines; knowledge of English. **Additional Information** **Why work here?
