Job Summary: Technical Support Consultant specializing in projects, customer monitoring, customer service, and order validation for elevator installation. Key Highlights: 1. Knowledge in mechanics, mechatronics, electronics, and building construction Technical Support Consultant \#500 Work City: Colombo/PR – Neighborhood: Campo Pequeno Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM, with a break from 11:40 AM to 12:40 PM. Responsibilities: • Development and management of civil construction adaptation projects for elevator installation; • Monitoring customers during product launch installations and/or product improvements; • Addressing customer questions regarding the necessity of civil construction works for elevator installation; • Customer service, including delivery of installation and user manuals; • Validation of customer orders by reviewing the site data sheet; • Providing technical support to customers. Academic Qualifications: • Completed High School. • Technical, Technologist, or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering. • A Technical Course in Building Construction is a plus. Required Professional Experience: • Experience in Technical Support roles involving maintenance of electronic and mechanical equipment at companies engaged in assembly and installation of control panels for elevators, platforms, automatic doors, barriers, turnstiles, and intelligent information and mechanical systems. Mandatory Requirements: • Technical knowledge in mechanics, mechatronics, electronics, and building construction. • Polite, patient, courteous, and proactive when serving customers. • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. • Residence within a 15 km radius of the company (up to 20 km if easily accessible).
