




Job Summary: Professionals responsible for managing the entire public procurement process—from identifying tender notices and analyzing eligibility to preparing proposals, monitoring contracts, and maintaining relationships with clients and suppliers. Identify tender notices; analyze eligibility for participation in procurement processes; participate in bidding; enter pricing information on procurement websites; prepare winning proposals; submit proposals and supporting documents; respond to requests from the procuring authority; verify minutes and contracts; monitor acceptance/appeal and delivery deadlines; Communicate with clients to define specifications of requested items, billing and delivery deadlines, and provide guidance regarding controlled materials; Authorize billing for contracts/orders; Consult suppliers regarding prices of specific items, shipping terms, and stock availability.
