Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing the full recruitment, selection, and hiring cycle, as well as monitoring and supporting drivers and third parties, ensuring customer satisfaction. Provide support and guidance to drivers and third parties * Conduct recruitment, selection, and hiring of drivers and third parties according to company demand; * Manage required documentation for hiring, ensuring all legal and internal requirements are met; * Monitor and control activities of drivers and third parties, ensuring adherence to delivery deadlines, safety regulations, and established quality standards; * Maintain close relationships with drivers and third parties, providing necessary support and guidance for optimal performance; * Conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
