IT Support Assistant

Description

**Main activities:** * Provide technical support to users (in-person and remote); * Install, configure, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers, printers, and peripherals; * Manage and support telephone systems (PABX, VoIP, extensions, etc.); * Work on the configuration and maintenance of **CCTV** and access control systems; * Assist in managing network infrastructure (cabling, switches, Wi\-Fi, and servers); * Support and administer **Microsoft 365** tools (Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, etc.); * Document procedures and log service requests in a ticketing system. **Requirements:** * Technical education in **Computer Science, Computer Networks**, or related fields; * Knowledge of **IT infrastructure** (cabling, networking, and servers); * Basic knowledge of **CCTV** and **telephony**; * Good communication skills, proactivity, and ability to acquire knowledge and solve problems. **Advantages:** * Knowledge of **hardware, networks, Windows operating systems**, and the **Microsoft 365 suite**; Job type: Permanent CLT Salary: R$2\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Free parking * Profit sharing * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
