Proficiency in Excel and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) We are seeking a **Maintenance Analyst** to support planning, control, and analysis of maintenance activities, contributing to asset reliability, cost reduction, and continuous process improvement. **Responsibilities:** * Planning and control of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance * Monitoring of maintenance KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, availability, costs) * Failure analysis and proposal of process improvements * Control of work orders and equipment history * Support in developing and updating maintenance plans * Interface with technical teams, suppliers, and internal departments * Preparation of management reports and dashboards **Requirements:** * Experience with maintenance routines * Knowledge of maintenance KPIs * Proficiency in Excel and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) * Analytical, organized, and proactive profile **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with Maintenance Planning and Control (MPC) * Knowledge of maintenance methodologies (RCM, TPM, failure analysis) * Experience in fleet or heavy-vehicle environments Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$4\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Fuel allowance * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Food allowance * Transportation allowance
