Job Summary: A professional to provide technical support, project planning, control and monitoring, administrative tasks, and training activities. Key Highlights: 1. Technical support and team/departmental sustainment 2. Project and activity planning, control, and monitoring 3. Administrative management of fleet, inventory, and procurement processes Provide technical field team support and sustainment, as well as support for third parties and other related departments; * Plan, control, and monitor scheduled project activities, team and third-party integrations at dealerships, and reschedule service orders; travel requests, tool resources, etc.; * Control daily implementation activity reports; reports on construction works, vandalism incidents, and spare parts; * Plan, control, and monitor purchase requests; measurement and validation of third-party services; equipment delivery databooks; equipment for OPEX delivery; * Update, control, and monitor project and departmental indicators; PDCA cycles; * Administrative control and monitoring of the team’s fleet; resource allocation; implementation inventory; and other documents; * Control and monitoring of invoice dispatch and collection processes for financial payment; * Support, control, and monitoring of training and capacity-building events for implementation department employees; **Requirements and Qualifications** **•** Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. **Desirable:** * Intermediate Excel skills; * ERP knowledge (Protheus preferred).
