YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Greet customers arriving at the parking facility; • Identify whether customers are registered users (credential displayed on vehicle rearview mirror), monthly subscribers, or • condominium residents; * Verify cash drawer balance at the start of your shift; * Operate cash register equipment in garages and parking lots (issuing vehicle entry and exit tickets); * Manually issue vehicle entry tickets (recording license plate number, brand, and model); * Safely and prudently maneuver vehicles to designated parking spaces (in accordance with parking facility regulations); * Deliver vehicles to customers; * Organize vehicle storage within the garage; * Maintain constant attention; * Promptly inform the supervisor about refusals to present credentials; * Complete end-of-shift cash report. REQUIRED COMPETENCIES: * Completed elementary education; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (CNH) category B; * Proficiency/Knowledge of both manual and automatic transmission vehicles; * Integration and Collaboration; * Engagement; * Productivity and Efficiency; * Customer-Centric Mindset.
