Interaction with internal teams to resolve requests **COMPANY: MEDSUL SAÚDE** **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Responsible for providing customer support and service, delivering information about health plans, benefits, procedures, and assisting in resolving questions and issues related to healthcare services; Provide customer service via telephone, e\-mail, chat, or in person; Clarify questions regarding health plans, coverage, provider networks, and procedure authorizations; Assist in requesting and tracking authorizations for exams, surgeries, and treatments; Update customer records and information in the system; Interact with internal teams (sales, technical, and operations) to ensure resolution of requests; Forward and track customer complaints and suggestions to the responsible departments; Identify potential dissatisfaction situations and proactively and effectively address them; Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a positive relationship with the company; Answer and direct telephone calls courteously and professionally; Greet and welcome customers, colleagues, and visitors; Manage correspondence flow, including receipt and distribution of mail and packages. **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed high school education; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare sector; Experience with SOLUS system is a plus. **CORE COMPETENCIES:** Communication, organization, proactivity, and dynamism. **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** CLT **LOCATION:** Curitiba \| Paraná \| Bigorrilho Neighborhood **SALARY:** CONFIDENTIAL **BENEFITS:** Transportation Voucher (VT), Meal Voucher (VR: R$27.00/day), Food Allowance (VA: R$620.00\), and Health Insurance (available after 3 months). **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:48, with a 1-hour break.
