Requirements: Completed high school education (mandatory) Proficiency in the **Microsoft Office** suite Experience with **CRM** systems (Hubspot is a plus) Strong verbal and written communication skills Proactive, resilient profile with focus on **results and targets** Prior experience in **active collection, negotiation, and argumentation** Responsibilities: * Conduct active outreach to delinquent customers * Negotiate agreements and propose resolution solutions * Record interactions and negotiations in the CRM system * Monitor agreement compliance and replan actions if necessary * Collaborate with the team to achieve goals and performance indicators Benefits and Compensation: * **Base salary:** R$2\.043,39 * **Performance-based bonus** * **Transportation allowance** * **Meal allowance** via Caju: R$ 31.00 per workday * Access to the **Refuturiza online course platform** Work Location: On-site – **Curitiba/PR – Central Region** Working Hours: **Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 17:30** **Saturday: 08:00 to 12:00 on a rotating on-call basis (once per month).** Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: R$2\.043,39 \- R$3\.200,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
