Job Summary: Manage the logistics flow of materials and products, controlling inventory, receiving, shipping, and supplier negotiations to ensure efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage material logistics flow and inventory 2. Negotiate with suppliers and control purchases 3. Ensure product organization and verification Receive, ship, organize, and verify materials and products in stock, ensuring efficient logistics flow; control incoming and outgoing items; record movements in the system; enter fiscal invoices; issue return and warranty notes for goods. Request quotations for materials, negotiate prices and delivery terms with suppliers, issue purchase orders, register products in the system, track deliveries, inspect received materials, verify fiscal invoices, and update inventory. Identify new suppliers and maintain an updated supplier database.
