Imagine yourself leading challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects and **being responsible for**: * Serving as a technical reference for the evolution of the Point ecosystem regarding cashback-based sales and payment services, ensuring scalability and operational quality. * Leading architectural decisions, defining robust and high-performance solutions for high-volume environments. * Consolidating and expanding the Artificial Intelligence platform, currently experiencing growing adoption by internal customers, and preparing\-it for new sites and countries. * Integrating with WhatsApp and other user interaction channels, ensuring a stable, efficient, and fully monitorable end-to-end flow. * Continuously improving performance by reviewing architecture, identifying bottlenecks, and driving structural refactoring. **What we’re looking for in you?** * Solid expertise in Java (Spring, Spring Data, JPQL/Native Queries, Feign, Maven/Gradle, Generics, Threads, Streams, and Exception Handling structures); Golang or Node knowledge is desirable. * Understanding of software architecture patterns such as Microservices, Onion Architecture, Clean Architecture, MVC, Event-Driven Architecture, and SOLID principles. * Experience writing unit tests (JUnit), integration tests, load tests, TDD, and BDD. * Specialized knowledge of performance tools, observability, and logging, plus advanced proficiency with platforms like DataDog, Kibana, New Relic, and Grafana, and methodologies for high availability, resilience, and failure prevention. * Advanced knowledge of relational and non-relational databases is a plus. * Demonstrated excellence in cross-team collaboration — from product conception and UX discovery through technical solution definition and production delivery. **Are you excited to leave your mark on Latin American technology?** Apply now and join our mission!
