Imagine yourself leading challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects—and being responsible for: * Diagnosing operational training needs and designing training programs using appropriate methodologies and formats for each audience. * Identifying improvement opportunities in training programs through direct presence in operations and analysis of operational KPIs. * Leading the training front for new projects in partnership with OE, Operations, TECH, and Project Management teams. * Developing training materials in various formats and managing KPIs for monitoring training program effectiveness. * Ensuring localized training delivery aligned with business needs, while coordinating closely with operational teams—including team leaders and site support staff—to achieve scalability, synergy, and effectiveness in communication and training initiatives. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related fields. * Experience in operational training, including managing training projects and possessing instructional design expertise for both in-person and virtual courses and development programs. * Competencies to develop effective and dynamic training programs, ensuring alignment with goals through strategic action plans. * Strong communication and strategic skills, with proven ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and hierarchical levels within operations.
