Job Summary: This professional will lead and enhance master data management processes, ensuring data integrity and standardization, as well as smooth operation of internal processes. The professional will be responsible for leading and enhancing the company’s master data management processes, ensuring all information is accurate, complete, and up-to-date, thereby safeguarding data integrity, standardization, and efficient internal process operations. **Job Description** * Coordinate and supervise the master data team, promoting efficiency and adherence to deadlines; * Register partners (customers and suppliers), products, services, companies (CNPJs), accounting accounts, and all other relevant master data entries in the Sankhya ERP system—and, in the future, in other enterprise systems; * Verify documents and data prior to system entry; * Ensure data standardization and integrity across all system modules; * Conduct periodic audits to identify inconsistencies and propose corrective actions; * Perform master data cleansing to ensure compliance with internal standards and tax requirements; * Propose improvements to master data processes; * Develop, implement, and review master data governance policies and procedures; * Support finance, accounting, tax, commercial, logistics, procurement, and other departments regarding data consistency; * Conduct training sessions and ensure dissemination of best practices; * Establish controls for data creation, modification, deletion, and cleansing. * Create KPIs to analyze performance and data quality reports. **Requirements** * **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Law, or Business Administration * **Experience:** 2 years — Experience managing fiscal and corporate master data within enterprise systems.
