If you seek to join a **collaborative environment that values continuous learning and excellence**, come build this story with us and help deliver greater quality, safety, and care to people's lives. **Hypofarma** **By your side for life.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Work in the **Sales and Operations Planning (S\&OP)** process, performing analyses of **demand, production planning, and alignment among sales, supply chain, production, and finance departments**. * Monitor **sales forecasts, inventory levels, production capacity, and key performance indicators**, supporting decision-making and ensuring greater accuracy in business planning. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Engineering, Economics, Logistics, or related fields. * Experience with **S\&OP processes, demand planning, or supply chain**. * Knowledge of **data analysis, demand forecasting, and inventory management**. * Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency. * **Preferred Qualifications:** * **Experience in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry**. * Familiarity with **planning systems (ERP, SAP, IBP, or similar)**. **Additional Information** Benefits: Our essence is **care**.
