Emphasizes proactivity, empathy, organization, and results orientation. **Job Description:** We are seeking professionals to work as Relationship Attendants at CEMIG, providing direct support to the company's customers. The role involves inbound and/or in-person service, emphasizing excellence, courtesy, and agility in clarifying doubts, registering requests, conducting negotiations, and providing guidance regarding electricity services. **Responsibilities:** * Provide customer service via telephone, in person, or through digital channels; * Clarify questions regarding bills, consumption, power disconnection and reconnection, duplicate bills, and other services offered by CEMIG; * Record interactions in internal systems; * Redirect requests to responsible departments when necessary; * Meet quality targets, average handling time, and customer satisfaction goals. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Basic computer knowledge; * Prior customer service experience is a plus. **Desired Profile:** * Proactivity and empathy; * Organization and results orientation; * Ability to work under pressure and in teams; * Commitment to public service quality.
