Job Summary: The Commercial Technical Assistant will work in the construction industry, providing technical and commercial support, conducting trainings and site visits, and developing strategic product knowledge. Development of strategic product knowledge As a Commercial Technical Assistant, your mission will be: To act as a dynamic professional with solid experience in the construction industry, handling technical tasks including delivering trainings to retailers and on construction sites, conducting technical site visits, and preparing technical reports. Provide support to the entire commercial team located in the state of Paraná and represent the technical department in all related activities. Support the entire external team by understanding the market and performing additional market research. Develop specialized knowledge to strategically operate as a technical product specialist. Practical experience in the technical field involving construction industry products is essential, along with experience in technical assistance and training, participation in deadlines for KPI reporting from the department, and strategic decision-making. Participation in trade fairs and company events is also required. Requirements: Willingness to travel within the states of Minas Gerais, Rio de Janeiro, and Espírito Santo, and occasionally to other states; Completed technical degree in Building Construction/Engineering or currently pursuing such a degree; Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools; Desirable: more than three years of experience as a Commercial Technical Assistant; Driver's license, Category B.
