




**Summary:** Responsible for manufacturing bakery products, separating ingredients, handling tools and production machinery, shaping, cutting, and baking products, while complying with safety, quality, and hygiene standards for food production. **Main activities/responsibilities:** Separate raw materials for bakery product manufacturing. Follow recipes for bakery product manufacturing. Feed raw materials into machines, operate them, and monitor the production process. Shape doughs for bread, crackers, cookies, savory snacks, etc. Bake doughs from bakery product manufacturing in appropriate ovens, using PPE and respecting the baking time for each product. Keep the workplace organized and hygienic on a daily basis according to the Good Manufacturing Practices manual, and wash baking trays, machines, and utensils used in product manufacturing. Ensure safety and maintenance of equipment such as mixers, ovens, and kitchen utensils. Supervise bakery assistants/helpers during product manufacturing. Maintain personal hygiene and wear appropriate uniforms, hairnets, and PPE for food product manufacturing, in accordance with the Good Manufacturing Practices manual.
