Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, managing Quality documentation, and guaranteeing the proper functioning of operations and equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Responsibility for the documentary aspects of **Regulatory Affairs** (operating license, insurance, AFE, licenses, etc.) IS NOT THE SAME AS Quality documents (SOPs, ITS, forms, etc.) 2\. Perform, control, and create documents related to qualification of chambers, areas, and equipment. 3\. Issues related to receiving, storage, and dispatch. 4\. Introductory training. 5\. Temperature excursion issues. 6\. Manage maintenance activities. 7\. Monitor audits (internal and external). 8\. Validate all documentation generated by Quality Assurance. 9\. Sign all documentation (review) generated by QA and Operations Management. 10\. Update and request creation of SOPs. 11\. Create/implement procedures. 12\. Request refresher training. 13\. Assume responsibility for, and continuously update oneself on, new legislation impacting activities. **Example**: RDC 653 updated RDC 430; how did this impact our activities? 14\. Hold other departments and external companies accountable for compliance with established SOPs. 15\. Monitor customer complaints. 16\. Ensure proper functioning of chambers and freezers. 17\.
