




Job Summary: The professional is responsible for the complete management of the spare parts and accessories inventory, from receiving and inspection through to organization, registration, and ensuring availability for customers and technicians. Key Highlights: 1. Complete management of spare parts and accessories inventory. 2. Application of storage standards and the 5S concept. 3. Guarantee of efficiency and availability of original parts. The professional is responsible for receiving and inspecting spare parts and accessories from suppliers, including returns, and reporting any anomalies found to management. They control warehouse organization, adhering to storage standards, applying the 5S concept, and ensuring proper storage of parts according to their designated locations. They enter parts into the internal management system, sort and register items, monitor and update the pending parts dashboard, assist in counting for partial and full inventories, and maintain updated records at least every six months. They ensure warehouse efficiency in supplying original spare parts and accessories to customers, maintaining minimum stock levels at the dealership. They proactively collect parts required for the next day’s scheduled appointments, using dedicated shelving units to expedite delivery to technicians. They organize specific shelves for special orders, immobilized vehicles (VOR), and warranty-replaced parts, ensuring availability in accordance with the manufacturer's policy.
