Job Summary: Support sales operations, process cash transactions, manage returns and restocking, and ensure quick and efficient customer service while maintaining an organized environment. Cash management and payment processing Support sales, process transactions at registers, ensure returns and restocking Key Responsibilities * Open and close the cash register according to internal procedures. * Scan items, verify amounts, and process payments via cash, credit/debit card, PIX, vouchers, or other methods. * Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies. * Issue invoices, receipts, and mandatory documentation. * Provide quick, courteous, and efficient service to ensure an excellent customer experience. * Log support tickets or record discrepancies, errors, or issues related to the cash register. * Inform customers about store campaigns, benefits, and programs (e.g., registration, loyalty, installment plans). * Maintain a clean, safe, and operationally ready workplace—including cleaning and organizing registers and nearby gondolas. * Ensure accuracy and security of funds under your responsibility. * Strictly adhere to loss prevention and security procedures. * Support the sales team on the sales floor by assisting with restocking and store organization Skills, Qualifications, and Experience * High school diploma or equivalent. * Basic knowledge of mathematics and computer literacy. * Strong verbal communication skills and a customer service focus. * Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. * Prior experience as a cashier, sales associate, or in administrative roles. * Experience in retail or public-facing roles (apparel, sportswear, footwear, electronics, supermarkets, restaurants). * Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS/PDV) systems; ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES FOR ALL POSITIONS * Agility and dynamism * Proactivity * Collaboration * Teamwork capability * Responsibility and commitment * Ability to work under pressure during peak periods * Respect and ethics **About Skechers** Skechers, a global Fortune 500® company, develops and markets a diverse range of lifestyle and performance footwear, apparel, and accessories.
