**Job Description:** Build relationships with the entire Planning, Transportation, Sales teams and our customers, executing the plan to ensure the best Service Level. Monitor and directly manage the maintenance and improvement of the OTIF indicator. Deliver on your KPIs as agreed with your manager. Accelerate order processing. Understand the future order portfolio and analyze its impact versus availability. Ensure presence at our customers’ sites. Participate in the strategy to improve our customers’ NPS. Support internal and external audits by providing information and clarifying auditors’ questions, aiming to prevent non-conformities from being raised against the area, as well as staying informed about required corrections to adopted procedures. Comply with and enforce procedures, ensuring adherence to ethical and general employee obligations. Maintain a clean and organized workplace, equipment, and materials to ensure proper usage conditions and preserve occupational health and environmental aspects. Perform other related tasks as directed by your immediate supervisor.
