Assist with minor maintenance tasks (when necessary) **Job Description** Responsible for the conservation, cleaning, and organization of the premises, ensuring proper environmental maintenance and support for the site's operational routines. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform cleaning and maintenance of indoor and outdoor areas * Ensure maintenance and organization of environments * Properly collect and dispose of waste * Assist with minor maintenance tasks (when necessary) * Monitor cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed * Ensure common areas remain in good condition for use * Maintain gardens and indoor plants **Requirements** * Completed elementary education (preferred) * Prior experience in this role is a plus * Commitment and responsibility * Organizational skills and attention to detail **Benefits** * Meal allowance: 150.00 * Food basket: 251.00 * Health allowance: 150.00 **Working Hours: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM**
