Collaboration with Reception and use of CRM The **Reservation Agent** at Pousada Relíquias do Tempo is essential to maximizing occupancy and revenue, strategically and operationally managing accommodation sales. Responsibilities include **active customer service across multiple channels** (WhatsApp, phone, e\-mail, and booking platforms), ensuring quotation conversions, **CRM usage** for data management, and **collaboration with Reception**. We seek a professional with strong **communication and sales skills**, **organizational ability**, **basic computer literacy**, and a **results-oriented mindset**. Prior experience in sales or tourism is desirable, along with completion of high school, residence in Diamantina, proactivity, and availability to work on weekends.
