If this profile matches you, apply for this position! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan and schedule production according to demand and production capacity * Manage inventories of raw materials and finished goods * Develop and monitor production schedules and targets * Monitor production orders and resource availability * Collaborate closely with Procurement, Logistics, and Quality departments * Generate reports and track production KPIs * Assess production capacity and support cost reduction initiatives **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields * Basic computer literacy * Strong organizational and analytical skills * Ability to work effectively in teams and communicate well interpersonally **Additional Information** * Employment Type: Internship; * Availability to work in Lagoa Santa; * Work Model: On-site — 30 hours per week — Monday to Friday. * Benefits: * Flexible Benefit Card; * Life Insurance; * Transportation Allowance; * Chartered Transportation (available in certain regions); * On-site Restaurant.
