Apply now and don't miss the opportunity to join a company that has been creating innovative solutions for cities across Latin America for over 37 years. **Main responsibilities:** · Collaborate with field teams on installation and maintenance of components constituting the company's product and equipment structures; · Perform field technician duties; · Supervise and inspect maintenance and operation services on traffic control equipment and systems; · Provide technical support to maintenance and operations teams and external clients whenever necessary; · Prepare and monitor work schedules for maintenance and operations teams; · Manage attendance records for team members under your responsibility; · Prepare technical and operational reports; · Manage and safeguard equipment and materials used in maintenance and operations; · Manage and safeguard vehicles used in maintenance; · Manage equipment and materials used in maintenance; · Train new maintenance and operations teams; · Conduct training courses and demonstrate traffic equipment to clients; **Requirements:** · Technical education in electrical, electronics, or related fields; · Driver's license category B (minimum); · Microsoft Office suite; · Preferred: pursuing a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or Administration; · Experience in electrical and/or electronic maintenance; **Company location:** Sete Lagoas – Minas Gerais. **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM. **Benefits:** Meal allowance (R$ 800.00\), transportation allowance (VT), health insurance, dental insurance, pharmacy discount program, gym partnerships, life insurance, birthday leave, among others.
