Desirable: * Proactivity and autonomy to resolve on-site issues. * Strong communication and organizational skills. * Flexibility and availability for travel. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. * Respond to technical incidents on-site by visiting users for system, software, desktop, monitor, printer, notebook, mobile, and other device diagnostics and maintenance. * Perform image deployment and equipment preparation for use. * Ensure compliance with internal processes and proper documentation of all activities performed. * Evaluate user equipment requests, identifying their actual needs. * Provide on-site basic user support and training. * Verify IT compliance across units, proactively addressing issues (e.g., cable management) and proposing improvements. * Ensure timely resolution within established SLAs. * Contribute to continuous updates of the knowledge base and service desk training. * Provide on-site support (hands-and-eyes) to network, telecom, and infrastructure teams as needed. * Support management in project delivery and other diverse operational requirements. 2511080202181828515
