We value inclusion in our workplace, and all candidates are evaluated based on education and technical qualifications. **\#SOMOSMILPLAN** Procurement Analyst Procure raw materials, supplies, and services; arrange rentals; conduct quotations; and negotiate prices for electromechanical construction and installation projects, including payment and delivery terms, while complying with company and client standards, policies, and procedures, to meet headquarters and project site requirements. **Description:** * Analyze purchase requisitions, verifying pre-established specifications to identify product characteristics and avoid potential order discrepancies. * Conduct quotations for requested items and prepare comparative supplier and pricing tables for review and approval by the authorized personnel, aiming to optimize company costs. * Conduct quotations for corporate supplies and items representing the ABC curve in project budgeting. * Issue purchase orders for equipment, parts, services, and various materials after analysis and approval by the responsible party. * Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and payment terms with suppliers and service providers to minimize costs and adequately fulfill received requests. * Support budgeting and commercial departments by performing quotations for supplies and services included in budget spreadsheets. * Maintain updated supplier databases for supplies and services. **Requirements:** **Education:** Bachelor's degree completed in Engineering or Administration **Knowledge:** * ERP System: Protheus * Advanced Excel (formulas and database functions) * Negotiation techniques * Supplier network in the electromechanical construction and installation market Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
